Zopa is an adorable soppy Spanish horse I acquired when he was 15yrs old. He is 21 now and still looks great and occasionally charges about like this when his mate ZBD gets too annoying.
This was painted at a Marie Antoniou workshop, Marie's way of painting is very exciting and dramatic and I wanted a dynamic subject. Cue the galloping Spaniard.
